Shipping & Delivery Policy
United Furniture Outlet proudly offers local delivery within a 50-mile radius of our store. Over 50 miles would be considered but would need to be discussed with Management. Delivery fees vary by location. For a personalized quote, please call 423-263-1603 or FB message or text us at 865-964-1663. 

In-Home Delivery Service
  • Available: Monday – Friday, 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Delivery Fees: Start at $20; some areas may include additional charges or limited delivery schedules—ask your Sales Consultant for details.
  • Confirmation: You’ll receive a delivery window the morning of your scheduled delivery.
  • Requirement: A responsible adult (18+) must be present to sign and accept the delivery.
What’s Included:
  • Delivery and placement of furniture in the room of your choice (one address only)
  • Basic setup and one-time repositioning after initial placement
Please Note:
  • Our team cannot move existing furniture or handle electronics—please have these removed in advance.
  • Ensure any construction, remodeling, or home closing is complete before delivery.
  • Driveway must be clear and accessible.
  • Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or other delays.
  • United Furniture Outlet is not responsible for damage once delivery is complete.
Express Shipping (Ashley Furniture)
  • Express shipping is available directly through Ashley Furniture.
  • United Furniture Outlet is not responsible for shipping fees, delivery timing, or service issues with Ashley’s delivery network.
