Return & Exchange Policy

  • All sales are final.
  • Defective items may be exchanged for the same item if reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • After 48 hours, defects are not covered by United Furniture Outlet.
  • You have 2 days after delivery to report any damages or issues.
  • Clearance, “as-is”, and floor model items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or repair.

Warranty Policy
  • New furniture is covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty (varies by brand).
  • Mattresses typically carry a 10-year non-prorated warranty—refer to your specific product’s warranty documentation.
  • Use of incompatible bed bases or foundations may void manufacturer warranties.
  • Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or any damage after delivery is completed.
  • Claims must be made within 2 days of delivery for damage or defects.

Our Right to Refuse Returns
United Furniture Outlet reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund at our sole discretion, including if:
  • Items have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Return requests fall outside our policy window
  • Merchandise is returned in less than “new condition"
